On 30 August 2012, MAJ John Dildy, Command Judge Advocate, 225^th Engineer Brigade, Louisiana Army National Guard, gives a Rules for the Use of Force briefing to soldiers of the 1021^st Vertical Engineer Co, preparing to do night search and rescue operations in response to Hurricane Isaac.   The State of Louisiana has activated 16 Judge Advocates in response to Hurricane Isaac.
