SFC Josh Quinton leaps out of a CH-47 Chinook into American Lake during HELO Cast training on Joint Base Lewis-McChord. SFC Quinton was part of a team of paralegals and other Soldiers led by SFC(P) Joe Mazey who were conducting paratrooper recovery operations during a 1st Special Forces Group (A) water jump. After a successful recovery operation the teams were offered the chance to HELO Cast.
