Mr. Fred Borch, the JAGC Regimental Historian and Archivist, appeared as the guest speaker at the 2011 TRADOC OSJA Joint Service Law Day Luncheon. Mr. Borch’s presentation “The Civil War: Why the Struggle Between the North and South was a Legal Conflict ” was well received by personnel from the local legal community including U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force, and U.S. Navy personnel, as well as members of the local bar association and Federal judicial system.
