The Carlisle Barracks Tax Center opened to great fanfare on 4 February.  Cutting the ribbon is Mr. Nick Mineo who has been volunteering for 19 straight years.  To Mr. Mineo's right is the Garrison CDR, LTC Peeples, and then the Tax Center OIC, CPT Katie Dang and Ms. Kami Hertzler.  Also in the picture are six of the eleven tax center volunteers, the USAWC staff and the  IT support hero, Joe Daffner (left hand side, third in the back).
