Here are some facts that you should know about Joe: He has over 25 years of active federal service, 12 of which were as a civilian here in the Fort Drum’s OSJA; he has served as a mobilized reservist in this office as well; he left for a brief period to work in the cyber security branch of the NEC; and he is a retired COL in the USAR JAG Corps, having commanded a few LODs prior to retirement. When you see him in the MDW area, say welcome.
