BG Patrick J. Reinert addresses graduates and family members during the 2012 Judge Advocate Officer Advance Course graduation ceremony
BG Patrick J. Reinert addresses graduates and family members during the 2012 Judge Advocate Officer Advance Course graduation ceremony at the LCS on 20 January. JAOAC consists of Phase I--a rigorous on-line program requiring approximately 143 hours of independent study--and Phase II, a "Capstone" event comprised of an intensive two-week study/testing program held at the LCS. JAOAC ensures all Reserve and National Guard Judge Advocates receive training equivalent to the Active Duty Graduate Course. JAOAC graduates not only bring to our Corps a depth of knowledge from individual practice areas, they fill critical leadership roles within the Reserve and National Guard components, and to the Active Component when mobilized.
