LTC Paul Cucuzzella, SJA, TF AA, 82d Airborne Division, presents the Army Commendation Medal to CPT Chris Monti, of the 82d Airborne Division OSJA. CPT Monti, a graduate of the 184th Judge Advocate Officer Basic Course, was recognized for rescuing a drowning teenager caught in a strong rip tide at Panama City Beach in May while on leave.
