On 9 February 2012, BG John Miller II, AJAG-MLO, met with MG Tetsuya Kikuchi, TJAG of Japan's Ground Self Defense Force, as a part of our TJAG's Counterpart Visit Program. During MG Kikuchi's visit, he also met with LTG Dana Chipman, TJAG, BG Thomas Ayres, CG of TJAGLCS, Judge (COL) Michael Hargis, Chief of Trial Judiciary, Judge (COL) Mark Johnson, Senior ACCA Appellate Judge, and MG (Ret) William K. Suter, Clerk of SCOTUS. These exchanges enhanced our strategic partnership by providing MG Kikuchi and our Senior Leadership the opportunity to learn more about the other's JAGC and legal practice.
