Mr. Herb Coley, Chief of Staff, USA MEDCOM, and Mr. Charles Orck, Attorney Advisor, OSJA, USA MEDCOM look at the OTSG/MEDCOM HQS Civilian of the Year Award presented to Mr. Orck by Mr. Coley. The award honors Mr. Orck for being the Top Civilian employee at OTSG/MEDCOM HQs for his incredible work over the past year. This is a first for the OSJA, MEDCOM and we wish Mr. Orck congratulations.
