At a ceremony held June 21, 2012, LTC Robyn Blader (second from left), Regional Defense Counsel for the Upper Midwest, Wisconsin Army National Guard, was honored by the Wisconsin Law Journal as a 2012 Women In The Law Honoree.  Honorees were selected based on outstanding achievement by the top women in the practice of law.  In this picture, LTC Blader is joined by her husband, Mr. Ed Lucht, her mother, Mrs. Barbara Blader, and her sister, Mrs. Quinn Shirley.  This award was particularly special for LTC Blader who recently returned from a tour with the 648th MEB, GAARNG, in Afghanistan.
