Pictured are General Raymond Odierno, Commander, United States Forces-Iraq, COL Flora Darpino, Staff Judge Advocate, and SGM Carleen Williams, Command Paralegal Sergeant Major. All three served in Operation Iraqi Freedom-1 while assigned to the 4th Infantry Division in 2003 in Tikrit, Iraq. The three are serving again seven years later while assigned with the United States Forces-Iraq in Baghdad, Iraq.
