After consulting the instant replay, SFC Brown was the winner, LTC Moran 2nd, and SFC Tolliver was declared the 3rd place finisher due to the fact MAJ Van Valkenburg ran over CPT Huot in turn 1 and brought the caution flag, thus eliminating himself and CPT Huot from the race.
