LTC Bob DeSousa, State Judge Advocate, Pennsylvania salutes 91 year old WWII Vet Bert Winzer. Mr Winzer was awarded  the Bronze Star Medal by LTC DeSousa for his service in WWII, over 69 years ago. Mr. Winzer served as a member of the 1st Special Service Force, an elite commando unit known as "the Devil's Brigade."
