On 14 July 2012, CPT Sandra Leeber, Knowledge Management Attorney, Administrative Law Division, Office of The Judge Advocate General, received her Master of Studies in International Human Rights Law from the University of Oxford. A significant accomplishment, being one of only three Judge Advocates selected and graduating the prestigious university this past year.
