LTC Elizabeth Murphy, a Senior Regional Counsel with the National Guard Special Victims’ Counsel Program, is presented a Joint Service Achievement Medal (impact award) at the National Guard’s Western Regional JAG Training event in Tucson, Arizona, by Brigadier General SueEllen Schuerman, Air National Guard Assistant to the General Counsel of National Guard Bureau.  The award was for LTC Murphy’s successful efforts in quickly guiding a team that advocated for having an Air National Guard member/victim put on orders to travel to Korea to testify, in uniform, at an active duty court martial.
