Mr. Craig Jenkins, Chief of Claims at Fort Polk, presents the coveted Army notebook to Ms. Stephanie Finley, The United States Attorney for the Western District of Louisiana, during the Fort Polk OSJA sponsored CLE. This is the first time that a United States Attorney has lectured at the Fort Polk CLE in 22 years.
