The SJA of the 21st Theater Sustainment Command, COL Ralph J. Tremaglio, III, presented medals to Kaiserslautern's German Attorney-Advisors during a Worldwide CLE backbrief that took place on 31 October.  Holger Blug (left) received the Commander's Award for Civilian Service for his six years of dedicated service at the Baumholder Law Center, from 2005 to 2011, during an extremely turbulent period that witnessed repeated deployments.  Joerg C. Moddelmog (right) received the Superior Civilian Service Award for his multiple accomplishments as a teacher, mentor, manager, author, and advocate.  The awardees' familes attended the ceremony, and posed for a joint photo afterwards.  "First in Support!"
