On 17 April 2017, SGT Veronica Brito, SSG Bryan McCool, 1LT Sarah Johnson, and LTC Mark Vetter, members of the 1st TSC/316th ESC OSJA participated in the 2017 Boston Marathon Shadow Run at Camp Arifjan Kuwait.
