On 15 April 2016, the Fort Riley Garrison Leadership recognized the outstanding work and contributions of the Fort Riley Tax Center personnel.  Over a three-month span, the Tax Center processed over 7,000 federal returns, 3,000 state returns, resulting in 10.7 million dollars in refunds and saving the Fort Riley community over $1.2 million dollars in tax preparation fees.  Pictured from left to right: COL Andrew Cole (Garrison Commander), Ms. Elizabeth Thurston (Tax Center OIC), and CSM James Collins (Garrison CSM).
