BG Flora D. Darpino, Commander of the Judge Advocate General's Legal Center and School, and COL John E. O'Neil IV, Commandant of the Quartermaster School, sign a memorandum of agreement on October 24 supporting advanced individual training students attending the Paralegal Specialists Course at Fort Lee, Virginia.  The Quartermaster School is part of the Combined Arms Support Command, a major subordinate organization of the Training and Doctrine Command.
