Military dependent Bryson Barlow, age 2, focuses his undivided attention on COL James Lewis, SJA of First Army Division East while being held by his mother, Ms. Whitney Barlow. COL Lewis, decked out in "Cat-in-the-Hat" costume and make-up, read several books by Dr. Seuss to military dependents at the Fort Meade Library on 10 March as part of the national "Read Across America" event which annually celebrates the life and works of Dr. Seuss.
