To install this certificate in Internet Explorer:

Click Tools ->Internet Options - > Content -> Certificates -> select the "Trusted Root Certification Authorities" tab -> select the Import... button -> follow the on-screen Wizard -> specify the File name: using the location you saved the certificate.
