Dr. Laurie Rush, Fort Drum Cultural Resources Advisor, is presented with a Fort Drum OSJA Coin by LTC Jen Neuhauser in appreciation for her fascinating presentation on Cultural Resources and the Law in celebration of Law Day. Dr. Rush's presentation included an overview of the National Historic Preservation Act, the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act , and the Archaeological Resources Protection Act, and how Soldiers can be a force multiplier in preserving sacred sites and cultural resources. Dr. Rush's talk and coordination with the local Jefferson County Bar Association was arranged by 1LT(P) Scott Ludlow. Thanks to Dr. Rush and 1LT(P) Ludlow for their hard work!
