MAJ Richard Sudder, District of Columbia Army National Guard Legal Support Organization, completed the Eagleman Half Ironman in Cambridge, Maryland in June 2010. MAJ Sudder completed the 70.3 mile half ironman event (1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike, and 13.1 mile run) in just over 6 1/2 hours with temperatures over 100 degrees. Image posted on 20101210
