The 1st Mission Support Command's Commanding General, Brigadier General Jose Burgos, promoted his Staff Judge Advocate at a ceremony held at "La Garita" in Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico.  COL Diaz-Rex's son, William was in attendance along with her parents, Mr. Diaz & Mrs. Diaz.
