LTC Steve Edwards was awarded the Legion of Merit in a ceremony with COL Peter Ries, Commander, 139th LOD.  LTC Edwards is retiring after serving over 28 years in the Army Reserve.  He previously deployed to Iraq and was one of the first Judge Advocates to receive a Purple Heart.
