Ichi Dan!  Mr. John Dykstra (award recipient first from left), Chief, International and Administrative Law Division, US Army Japan OSJA, is presented the USARJ Veteran of the Quarter Award.  An absolutely superb attorney and problem solver for the command, John has served as a civilian attorney for almost 20 years with USARJ and he previously served almost 27 years on both active and reserve duty as an Army Judge Advocate and also as an enlisted Soldier in Vietnam.
