Mr. Jeff Coleman, a civilian attorney at the OSJA Seventh U.S. Army Joint Multinational Training Command, Grafenwoehr, received the Meritorious Civilian Service Award on the occasion of his retirement after 19 years of dedicated service to the Army as a civilian attorney and four additional years as an active duty judge advocate.
