On 17 May 2013, CPT Eleanor Morales, ISAF Joint Command LEGAD, Operational Attorney, won the Women's Division of the Armed Forces Day Race on Kabul International Airport in Afghanistan. CPT Morales was one of only two Americans to place in this race featuring both NATO partners and Joint Service runners.
