On 18 November, MAJs Seth Howards and Gaelan Flannery interviewed COL (Retired) Barry Steinberg as part of the 71st Grad Class oral history program. COL Steinberg had a distinguished career as a judge advocate, with service in Vietnam and Germany. His efforts also led to the creation of the Environmental Law Division at USALSA.
