Fort Polk's Garrison Commander, COL Roger Shuck, and the Garrison CSM, Ronald Semerena, presented Mrs. Bethany Boutte with a Commander's Award for Civilian Service certificate.  Mrs Boutte was recognized as the Installation Civilian of the Quarter making her number 1 out of over 600 Garrison employees.
