Mrs. Veronica Hale, the Contract and Fiscal Law Attorney at the National Training Center (NTC) & Fort Irwin, was recently recognized by the Garrison Commander as a Guardian Award Recipient for 2009. The Guardian Awards Program is the Garrison Commander's annual recognition program intended to promote and recognize excellence within USAG Fort Irwin by selecting the USAG Fort Irwin and NTC Employees of the Year.
