Members of the JAG Corps TJAGLCS Faculty, Army Civil Affairs officers, officers from the Department of State, Department of Justice, and USAID participated with a variety of academicians in the inaugural Rule of Law Collaborative from 10-14 May 2010 at the University of South Carolina. Participants discussed ideas and potential initiatives concerning Rule of Law in Transitional and Post-Conflict Zones.
