MAJ Baxter Paschal, III, CPT Gavin Routt, CPT Webster Beary, MAJ Eric Allen, CPT Paul Arentz, CPT Gregory Peterson, CPT Michael Farmer, and MAJ Charles Taylor, attend the second offering of the Civil Military Operations and Rule of Law course at the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California. The course is sponsored by Civil Affairs Command and is open to Civil Affairs officers and enlisted Soldiers, as well as Judge Advocates. Students who complete the distributed learning and three-week residence phase receive a graduate certificate in Civil Military Operations and Rule of Law.
