BG LeAnne P. Burch, with LTG Chipman and her husband Bobby, daughter Katelyn, and son Trey, at her promotion ceremony on 18 August 2012, at the Arkansas Supreme Court building in Little Rock.  BG Burch is currently assigned as the Chief Judge, Army Court of Criminal Appeals, U.S. Army Legal Services Agency (Individual Mobilization Augmentee), and in her civilian capacity, she is an attorney for the Arkansas Department of Human Services.
