Ichi Dan!  MG Michael T. Harrison, Sr., Commanding General, US Army Japan and I Corps Forward, presents the Legion of Merit award to Major General Tetsuya Kikuchi.  MG Kikuchi was the fourth TJAG for the Ground Staff Office of the Japan Ground Self Defense Forces (JGSDF) from 2010 to 2012. Currently the Commandant of the JGSDF High Technical School, MG Kikuchi was a very strong supporter of bilateral legal programs during his tenure as TJAG.
