Chief Warrant Officer Four William C. Woodward, Senior Legal Administrator, US Forces Korea, retired from 24 years of highly distinguished service.  At his retirement ceremony on 10 December 2012, COL Marian Amrein, Judge Advocate, US Forces Korea, presented the Legion of Merit to CW4 Woodward and a Certificate of Appreciation from the Chief of Staff of the US Army to CW4 Woodward’s wife, Ms. Kim, for her numerous years of unwavering support.  Pictured left to right are COL Amrein, Ms. Kim, and CW4 Woodward.  Congratulations Chief!
