On 4 July 2012, CPT Melvin Raines II (Deputy Staff Judge Advocate) of the 100th Training Division (OS), Fort Knox, Kentucky, smiles after completing the Peachtree Road Race—the world’s largest 10K race.  This event is held every Independence Day in Atlanta, Georgia, and attracts over 60,000 runners.  Hooah...JAG leads the way!
