More than 70 members of the Fort Bragg and Fayetteville Legal Community provided expert “legal” assistance as part of the Cumberland County Bar Association's annual Law Day service project fixing up the home and yard of a local fifth-grade teacher. Among other tasks the participants cleared debris from the yard, repaired a fence, trimmed trees and plants, replanted a garden, replaced rotten wood from the front and sides of the home, and replaced a clothesline. Fort Bragg lawyers and paraprofessionals have been involved for several years in the service project which has been a part of Law Day in Cumberland County for nearly a decade.
