The Legal Career Program (CP-56) announces funding for tuition for a limited number of civilian attorneys to attend the Environmental Law 2020 Course co-hosted by the American Law Institute (ALI CLE) and the Environment Law Institute.  The course will be held in Washington, DC from 6-7 February 2020.  This year’s topics will include CERCLA litigation and regulatory developments, clean air enforcement trends, PFAS/PFOA/ and other emerging contaminants, water quality and wetlands, due diligence and disclosure, NEPA reforms, Endangered Species Act rule changes, and a Supreme Court update.  Applications are due by 16 December 2019
