WHETHER THE MILITARY JUDGE COMMITTED PREJUDICIAL ERROR IN THE COURT’S EXAMINATION OF THE THREE WITNESSES CALLED AFTER REOPENING THE COURT.

III.

WHETHER APPELLANT’S COUNSEL WERE INEFFECTIVE WHEN THEY FAILED TO OBJECT TO THE MILITARY JUDGE’S EXAMINATION OF THE THREE WITNESSES CALLED AFTER REOPENING THE COURT.
